Forgings are carefully manufactured as per the drawings that are supplied by our customers. Suitable minimum forging margin is added to give a shape with the minimum weight and further, machined according to clients‚™ requirement. Heat treatment is done in normalized / annealed furnaces and thereafter forgings are ultrasonically tested.
Our testing procedures comprises chemical analysis, physical testing, ultrasonic testing wherever these are required. The company is supported with various facilities for wet chemical analysis & spectrometer analysis. There are ultrasonic testing machine, die penetrate testing, universal testing machine, magnetic particle tester, brinnel hardness tester & other measuring equipment for necessary controls of quality in all respects.
